  User research, definition of personas archetypes and their problematics, gathering information with polls and interviews. After processing this information, we gathered an user journey map that reflected their experience, analyzing where we had opportunities to bring a solution for them. We brainstormed ideas alongside analyzing the problematic using STONE methodology. The ideas were processed analyzing their strengths and weaknesses (FODA).By working in the story telling and thinking how we would offer this solution to our user, we mapped the user flow. Once we had a clear idea of the interaction, we started to work on low quality prototypes as well as building the image and moodboard of our app.The early prototypes were tested, bringin feedback to fix the major inconveniences. That allowed us to design the wireframes, to later apply the IU kit and finally make the functional, high quality prototype. Once finished we tested it with users and iterated with the feedback we received. Heuristic rules and accessibility testing were also an important guidance when iterating on the design. Show less
