Alongside the Country Manager and my Team, I formulated a complete marketing strategy to target the rural and Peri Urban localities of Pakistan. I was responsible for execution of this strategy that yielded more than 5000 tele-consultations in a brief span of 3 months with a very basic and cost effective infrastructure.I lead the setup of :1- Brick and mortar stores/ customer experience centers. 2- An enabler network of local youth enabling teleconsultations for uneducated rural folks.3- A team of full time and part time doctors using our platform to deliver primary and tertiary healthcare. 4- Partnerships and synergies with medical testing labs, pharmas, hospitals and ISPs.At RingMD Pakistan, I lived my dream of disrupting the draconian norms in healthcare sector of Pakistan via my Specialty which is Information Technology Service Management(ITSM).
