      In the role as SW Service Delivery Manager I am responsible for ensuring the continued support of IBM's Danish customes, both on IBM SW as well as SW from other vendors. It is a role that demands a blend of project management and day to day people management and leadership. Sales is done both directly to end-users and through a reliable network of business partners. To support this it is also part of my day to day job to ensure that the partners have the required skills and support them in obtaining those. I also define the Danish Rational strategy by applying the worldwide input available in a Danish context as well as defining the marketing strategy for Rational Denmark in collaboration with both WW and Nordic marketing.
