I led the Autonomous Maintenance process excellence team for the Site, driving key KPIs and progressing on IWS Program from Phase 2 to 3. • Led largest department of P&G's Fabric manufacturing units in IMEA with 100+ employees and 250+ contractors.• Spearheaded capacity planning maintaining 1.2 capacity to demand ratio with optimal operations strategy.• Regional Loss Elimination Pillar Leader, building capability on Lean manufacturing tools in the region. As a Quality Assurance Leader at Procter & Gamble in Goa, India, I oversaw a team of 25 QA and QC professionals, ensuring compliance to GxP requirements and leading ISO certification for the site. Regular audits at the manufacturing site and contract manufacturing site resulted in 0 observations in internal and external QAC audits, showcasing our commitment to consumer centricity and quality excellence. In my role as a Manager at Procter & Gamble in Goa, I successfully oversaw a team of 20+ employees, ensuring the annual production of 220 million stock units of whisper choice SKU.
