Developed a comprehensive course curriculum and team (12) of vidya volunteers/educators for remedial classes of children in the seasonal hostels and destination work sites for promotion and continuation of education/learning of children at the destination states. 2. Designed strategies and mechanisms (SMC, PTA, Community Meetings etc) to encourage parents and teachers for the continuous and active learning/education of children in the schools. 3. In collaboration with district administration, block and GPs rolled out different educational initiatives such as education/learning camps. 4. Managed an Education project on Adult Literacy Program supported by Tata Consultancy Services in 90 villages of two blocks in two districts across 25 panchayats with 90 facilitators and 5 supervisors.5. Covered 21600 adult learners in one year to supplement in the livelihood and earning of Migrant workers. 6. This boosted the confidence and morale of the adult population in the blocks who were otherwise illiterate and inferior. 7.Tagged more than 3000 beneficiaries from 90 villages to different schemes of the govt. and provided with alternative livelihood options such as goat-raring, poultry, farming etc. 8. Tagged more than 4000 youth to different vocational education & skill development and training institutes under the DDUGKY program in the district. Show less

Through the Task Forces mobilized communities especially youth/adolescents to be flag bearers of Child Rights promotion and protection.4. Achieved declaration of 73 villages as Child Marriage Free in one year. 5. Formed and trained a team of Youth Volunteers for Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) to promote women participation and leadership at the community level for any unseen natural calamities and emergencies.
