Accomplishments (in progress);- Professionaly analysed all the national dialogue reports (110 in total from ILO member states) and relevant documents, and drafted a part of synthesis report and supportive documents – one of the core reports for the Global Commission on Future of Work.- Prepared more than 10 background and reference documents for Global Commission and ILO Cabinet (DG and DDG/P); some preparatory research works, the collection of the commissioners’ bios, the list of the commissioners and the user guide of intranet discussion platform. - Drafted the set of minutes for the Global Commission on the Future of Work and other relevant inter-organizational meetings and conferences.- Provided the compendium of Future of Work related activities within ILO to DDG/MR and his team.- Drafted the briefing note for Japan-ILO strategic annual consulation, especially for DDG/P .- Coordinated with the ILO regional offices and provided the summary statistics for reporting the progress of National Dialogues to the ILO executives including DG and DDG/P.- As a communication expert in the unit, successfully managed website and intranet with more than hundreds of reports and contents, and managed communication platform for the members of the Global Commission. 部分表示
