  My experience as a Turkcell Field Academy Trainer was one that strengthened, supported, and continuously developed my sales, coaching, and management skills.In addition, I was selected from among the current field trainers for the Turkcell Ambassador Certification Project and received assessor training. This gave me the opportunity to conduct one-on-one assessments for hundreds of store employees across Turkey.My main duties included providing training on a variety of topics, such as the certification process for new employees, sharing their orientation excitement, and in-class retail customer experience.I was particularly excited to see sales increase for employees who received on-the-job product training, as I had been able to follow the processes holistically. Show less I worked as a Technology Specialist in high-potential and above-average Turkcell stores.My mission was to create a customer portfolio that uses new technologies more effectively, mobilize all store employees for this formation, and increase overall profitability.I was responsible for bringing the Turkcell product, service, and smart device sales of the store where I was located to the best target achievement rates.In addition, I managed coaching programs as the responsible person for 3 different Turkcell stores under the Technology Specialist Coaching Project.
