During the time I was there, we acquired and redeveloped over 2000 apartment units primarily in the Houston infill areas but we also had minor operations in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. My primary role was to oversee all property operations post rehab. This included lease up, management, maintenance etc. I was also heavily involved in project cost estimation prior to acquisition as well as financial management of the projects during rehab.
