      Going The Extra Mile Award Comcast Spotlight Aug 2015 Tony is always pushing us forward, asking questions and finding better ways of doing things. On top of his normal analyst duties Tony has taken on a lot of extra projects this quarter. Marketing has jumped on the website macro and they are working to update client’s websites in saleslook. Google analytics provides great data but:o How do we use it?o How can we get our clients to give it to us?o What stories can we get from the data?o How can we scale this across the region?The Solution:• Tony used Lynda.com & took courses to enhance his existing google analytics knowledge• Tony created an internal 1-sheet of questions for AEs to ask clients to assist in getting google analytics access and a how-to video & instructions for clients to pull reports to give to us.• Working with Interactive & Auto they created “Xfinity drives web traffic” slides using client data.• Tony created a macro to run through Saleslook and identify clients where we have urls and are using google analytics.o He leveraged this data to create a sortable pivot by AE to ask for their client’s google analytics.Success:• The new data option served as a key touch point to reach out to clients promoting the new “service we provide”.o Churn reduction for a client threatening to come off Xfinity.com• Requests have started rolling in for in-depth analysis, all of which tell great stories for Xfinity.com.
