      I was promoted to takeover the Quality and EHS Departments of Thermal Service China based in Beijing. My responsibilities include Quality, Business Improvement, Environmental Health and Safety and Information Systems.I head up a team of 11 people, overseeing mainland China and Hong Kong. My main tasks are the design and roll-out of a Quality Management System, numerous business improvement projects (including customer satisfaction and on time response) and the maintenance and improvement of world-class EHS standards. Show less As an extension of the role in the UK, I was asked to relocate; The move has lead to a diversification of my role that involves visits to customers, commercial negotiations and spearheading growth initiatives. I am built a strong network of contacts, and good working relationships with people from diverse cultures, due to my role as central contact of the Asia-Pacific Business Development Community. In addition, I am continuing with my work with CRM across Asia and Australasia. My tasks included working with colleagues from all over the globe, analysing strategy and growing the business. In July 2006, this role was supplemented with being appointed Project Manager for the rollout of a business-changing Customer Relationship Management tool across UK, Northern Europe, Asia and Australasia. I am responsible for the on-time rollout of the software, and have had to bring people together from many diverse cultures.
