  I have work as a thermal engineer in R&D department of ASM Pacific Technology Ltd. for almost 11 years. My work experience include design, simulate, measure, test and verify the specifications of the components in the various machines. R&D experience not limited to thermal aspect but also structural and fluid simulation, vibration analysis, motor design, reliability study and material study. Mechanical modules that i have designed or project managed modules includes motor, oven, driver chasis, X-Y tables, linear vibration feeder, jet pump and bond head for TCB machines. Recent years focus on machine level project management of wafer/panel handling machine. Works include define specification with customer, preparation for safety compliance and production scheduling.
