  - Follow up/Control inventory:- Control inventory accuracy between physical and system to ensure IRA = 99.9%.- Perform reconcile daily Between system WMS and SAP about Code, Batch, Quantity and status, adjust system- Set up WH procedures for inventory- Plan and do weekly cycles count, monthly stocktaking with Accounting and yearly with External Auditor.- Follow up/control and monthly review WH KPI for maintaining and improving WH performance.- Strictly control the stock movements of materials and semi-FGs to ensure complying with the rules of FEFO, FIFO control. Supervise keying data into system (SAP&WMS) to ensure accuracy.- Perform daily count and monthly full count- Daily prepare and analyze reports(e.g. Number of locations have used for each category, Number of empty locations can used for each category, Daily count result, Reconcile result, BPL percent result....)- Weekly prepare and analyze reports (e.g. Slow Moving, Aging stock , Alarm, stop ship, Quarantine and Damage Items,...) to take the proper actions- Monthly report (e.g. quantity received in a month, Quantity delivered in a month, quantity damage in a month...)- Training new comers - Building SOP (Standard Operation procedures) for company.....- Supports and other assignments:- Support Data manager, inbound team leader , Outbound team- Co-ordinate with other depts. to propose the stock level of materials for business optimization.- Others as assigned- SAP& WMS implementation:- Continuously follow up the operation and raise problem, share ideas for taking improvement (as the super user of warehouse management in SAP & WMS system).- Conduct SAP&WMS training for the new comers / users in warehouse management partas required.
