  I participated in the tutoring program for Calculus in a Variable: Integral and Introduction to Differential Equations in order to develop my oratory and didactics in assisting students, as well as to expand my knowledge about the discipline from the development of a project entitled "Qual the domain of the solution of an ODE?" presented at the UFF Monitoring Week.

  During my time in the Brake system, I was able to develop changes in the brake pedal support (Pedalbox) using carbon fiber lamination due to the resistance and low weight of the material. In addition, I also worked on the development of the material and the presentation of the entire system to the judges of the 16th Formula SAE BRAZIL Competition. Within the administrative system, I was able to participate in the creation of the design, the logistics of the order and the control of deliveries of the official products of the team for the buyers and members participating in the Vaquinha Online held to cover the costs of manufacturing the car and going to the competition in São Paulo. Within the Logistics team I was responsible for developing the presentation of the topic "Ease of Manufacturing" included in the presentation of the Cost Report of the logistics system for making the car. This topic reports how to assemble the car, analyzing the ease of handling the removable parts as well as its operational logistics. In the marketing team, I worked on the team's social media, formulating posts and setting up the team's Instagram posting strategy and being responsible for presenting the team to incoming students of the Chemical Engineering course through a lecture in the Introduction to Chemical Engineering class.

  I participated for the second consecutive year in the monitoring program of Calculus in a Variable: Integral and Introduction to Differential Equations in order to continue to develop my oratory and didactics in assisting students, as well as to expand my knowledge about the discipline from the development of a project entitled "Modelling of Reactions by Differential Equations of Bernoulli and Ricatti" presented at the UFF Monitoring Week.

  I worked in the Academic Directory of Chemical Engineering UFF Fernando Benendicto Mainier as vice-president between 2019 and 2021, during this period I was able to develop my oratory and meeting management skills by participating in the Collegiate of the course with the coordination to discuss, among other matters, the requests of students who sought the directory to get in touch with the teaching staff, when holding meetings with the board of directors and advisors to follow up on projects and when presiding over General Assemblies with the student body of the course to collect feedback and requests.I participated in the organization of the Selective Process of Advisors, conducting individual interviews with candidates, controlling enrollment through an Excel spreadsheet and managing candidates interested in vacancies. I also participated in the development of the sponsorship program for the Chemical Engineering course, linking the databases of incoming and regular students interested in generating connections with students in the course.In addition, I was a mediator in an online lecture held for students entitled "What is my place in the fight anti-racist?" and I participated in the program and organization of "InformEQ", a project that aimed to demonstrate, through interviews to the students of the course, the different areas of activity in extracurricular activities within the Chemical Engineering course.   I participated in the Chemical Reaction Engineering monitoring program in order to apply the knowledge acquired in the classroom from the program elaborations in Scilab to solve the exercises proposed in the book "Elements of chemical reaction engineering" by H. S. Fogler.

  During my journey as an Acceleration intern at Ambev, I participated in the planning, implementation and control of one of the productivity KPI's monitored in the South American Zone, which I was able to deliver the best result among all the company's global zones.During this process I had the opportunity to use the PDCA methodology to build the management strategy using tools such as: 5 whys, Pareto chart and Ishikawa's 6M. I worked with teams from different countries to manage their projects, extracting data from the use of internal software and monitoring the progress of projects and analyzing their current impact on LE.Performed analysis of internal and external factors to the project and their impact on the delivery flow of innovations, automated indicator control spreadsheets using VBA language to optimize work routines and generated standard operating procedures (SOP) to maintain knowledge and processes safe and standardized within the area.I worked with project management with the innovation team using agile methodology in the implementation of innovations in the areas of sustainability, managing the team's projects through daily meetings and convection of schedules using MS Project. In addition, I was responsible for organizing project approval meetings by the directors, as well as setting up the agenda and controlling the selected projects. Show less

  I participated in the monitoring program of Chemical Engineering Problems described by Ordinary and Partial Differential Equations of the subject Topics of Mathematics in Chemical Engineering in order to continue to develop my didactics and oratory in assisting students remotely through Google Meet, as well as to expand my knowledge of the subject through the development of a project entitled "Resolving Ordinary Differential Equations in Catalysts" presented at the UFF Monitoring Week.
