I proactively managed risks by finding alternative solutions, minimizing negative impacts to health and safety, cost, quality, and environment. I followed the Grip4Track process, hosted T-meetings with Independent Peer Reviewers for project readiness and represented the Alliance in numerous stakeholder meetings. I also delivered Project Contingency Plans, managed document control systems, and supplied comprehensive reports to clients and Alliance Senior Management/Director.
