  As the Executive VP, I work together with the President to define the club's strategy, increase its presence in the ecosystem, manage its existing partnerships/sponsorships and initiate new ones. My role in the board is to ensure that the decisions we make are aligned with the long-term trajectory of the club. In August 2022, I have taken over the lead of a new initiative with a relevant impact for the city of Zurich contributing to its startup and innovation ecosystem. The Boost is a program which helps to acceleratte startups through mentorship, workshops and a financial boost for the winner of the final pitching competition. I manage a team of four people and am responsible for the organizational process of the event. I was responsible for managing partner relations for events organized by the ETH Entrepreneur Club. I also contributed a lot to defining pricing, marketing and development strategies.
