      Overview of Role:Responsible for overall management of entitlement business operations working closely with the ES-IT and ES client partners. This includes management of business related entitlement issues, reviewing and approving new ES client requests and consulting on entitlement architecture changes – both production and development with IT. Requires knowledge of E2E processes, including SWOP/SNR/ES. Entitlement includes: warranty, contractual (WWPAK and SAP). Requires strong working relationship with BU’s, ES clients, shared IB partners.
