Show less The purpose of this consultancy is to support UNODC HIV/AIDS Section in developing and implementing technical papers and annual reports on drug use and HIV, in preparing for the Section's participation in major events, such as the 63rd Commission of Narcotic Drugs, as well as in implementing the Section's global initiatives and projects relating to drug use and HIV.Owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, the duties also comprised contributing to the drafting of technical guidance documents on COVID-19 prevention and control among people who use drugs and people in prison, as well as organising and facilitating a series of webinars on ensuring the continuity and sustainability of HIV services during this pandemic.
