  Conduct pre-sales and managing transition to operation for helpdesk, service desk and system support for Japanese companies. And also managing the pre-sales team, which perform those tasks. Operation automation and so on, planning strategic projects and realizing as well. Until I joined, there were only two projects in the department and I have realized over 20 new projects including operation automation.When worked In Japan, mainly conducted related to ERP business. Strong hands on experiences in managing for IT project, using offshore, onsite, onsite-offshore mix. And also ERP pre-sales and implementation targeted Southeast Asia bases in Japanese companies. In the waterfall development methodology, I have experience from requirement definition to maintenance after GoLive. And as roles, I have it from programmer or system engineer, consultant and project manager.
