  Programme Manager

  Responsible for delivery of large scale transformational change programmes and contract / service mobilisations to Prince2 standards leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies within the G4S Security Services business: Defined and led integration of two major G4S Ireland businesses. Responsible for £4m project budget to deliver in excess of €3m savings p.a. Managed multiple workstreams and a project team of up to 30 people through an 18 month programme of organisational, process and systems integration. Necessitated working in overseas for project duration until business stabilisation was achieved; Led integration of £40m service of 1400 staff and 500 sites to G4S. Six months planning and three months mobilisation ensured the project was completed seamlessly with no impact to service or customer. Coordinated project team of 12 and operational team of 75 managers; Led security component of £25m mobilisation and change programme, including recruitment to deployment, security/handyman rollout and security service optimisation; Defined and implemented transformational security service across their central London campus. A 12 month project with responsibility for a project budget of £500k and contract value of £5m; Delivered a range of smaller projects including relocation exercises, systems upgrades/transitions and business development initiatives; Direct line management experience and responsibility for leading and developing team of 5 project managers and project coordinators; Part of working group that redefined the company Project Management methodology (based on Prince2).
