  The purpose of Tekniksprånget is to get young people to work as an engineer for four months. At Saab Aeronautics, this meant that the tasks consisted of, among other things, running a small project together with another colleague. We where responsible and had to plan and manage the project ourselves (with supervision). In addition, the tasks also included being part of a larger project team and doing with various administrative tasks.
