The initiative's aim is to provide a platform for individuals and communities to share their stories, experiences, and perspectives in a way that is engaging, informative, and thought-provoking.In my role as a producer, I am responsible for managing the overall production of the podcast, writing, working with guests on the podcast and coordinating with contributors for the blog. This involves overseeing the creative direction, scheduling guests, and editing and post-production of the podcast, as well as reviewing and publishing blog posts.One of the most rewarding aspects of my work on Blackbird is the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals who bring unique perspectives and experiences to the table. Whether it is discussing the latest trends in social justice or exploring the nuances of cultural phenomena, every episode and blog post is an opportunity to learn something new and engage in meaningful dialogue.Working on Blackbird has allowed me to hone my skills as a producer and content creator, while also deepening my understanding of the issues and challenges facing our world today.   As a co-creator for Feminist Manch, I have been privileged to work with a group of passionate individuals who are committed to promoting gender equality and feminist policies. My role has involved contributing to various initiatives aimed at advocating for gender justice and feminist policy advocacy.One of my most significant contributions has been to participate in consultations and drafting of Recommendations that were fed into UN CSW67. Through this process, I gained valuable insights into the India-level and global discourse around gender equality and how different stakeholders contribute to policy development at the international level.Working with Feminist Manch has allowed me to deepen my understanding of the challenges facing women and girls, as well as the importance of feminist policy advocacy in promoting gender equality. Through our collective efforts, we have been able to make a meaningful contribution to the global conversation around gender justice, and I am proud to have been a part of this transformative work.My experience as a co-creator for Feminist Manch has been enriching, and I look forward to continuing to work towards creating a more just and equal world for all genders.
