Admiral• Managed deployment of new IT equipment for 900 positions and relocated existing IT equipment for 2,400 positions from 4 buildings to Admiral’s new single building in Cardiff including network connectivity in the new building. • Defined the scope of the IT element of the project and identified and mitigated risks.• Developed a timeline and milestone plan, which included identifying and hiring over 60 additional staff. • Built key relationships with stakeholders and suppliers and coordinated the various teams on site.• Oversaw the stock control of 900 PCs and 1,800 monitors, plus peripherals. EE• Managed roll out of 6,000 new monitors and reallocation of 6,000 existing monitors to EE call centre staff at 16 sites across the UK over 14 weeks.
