Large-Scale Change, Digital Technology and Human Performance Consultant

I created this company to offer clients a rare combination of professional coaching, leadership, management consulting, IT governance, change management, project management, instructional systems design, social | relationship management skills training and technology implementation experience acquired during twenty years leading 21st century workplace transformation. Since 2001, my employers and clients have included the City of Pontiac, the County of Wayne, Wayne County Community College, Caretech, Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit, Community Living Services, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, State Farm, Volkswagen of America, TEKsystems, municipal, large non-profit, small business clients and many Detroit-area public and charter middle school and high school administrators.Clients and employers benefit from my skills and experience deploying ever-evolving Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, HP, IBM, Amazon, Google, Adobe, Web Services and other business, education and social media technologies. I assist organizations in navigating the predictable complexity between business (stakeholders, projects, requirements, solutions), human resource (change leadership, staffing, work management, skills training, process | people performance measurement and improvement) and IT (computing hardware, software, networks, data) solutions implementation. My teams researched, selected, prototyped, installed, configured, tested and managed information systems and technology for over two decades. We visualize, model and help clients to resolve cultural, business and technology challenges. My commitment to social and STEM skill mastery in youth and adults in our community, leads me to meet and support thousands of youth and adults in organizations and schools. My greatest accomplishment has been in coaching adults and youth in the MINDFULNESS 5.0© self-mastery, emotional intelligence, diversity and leadership skills curriculum. Show less

Senior Project Manager and Change Management Specialist

As project manager, I developed, received approval for and managed the project charter, the project management plan (the schedule baseline, cost plan, procurement plan) and business readiness activities for this Michigan non-profit health and "self-determination" services organization, voted "best" in 2007. As change management leader, I worked with senior leaders and subject matter experts in each organization to document requirements and review processes on this potential $2M, two-to-three year infrastructure and technology refresh portfolio of projects.I designed, led and facilitated over fifty (50) organization-wide process, workflow, task analysis, document-form mapping and data mapping sessions. We successfully documented over 50% of the organization's processes, including identifying all systems, files, data, documents and reports in each of the departmental units. These activities led to the selection and deployment of the planned document management and records management solution, surpassing projected time and cost saving forecasts. I also designed and facilitated a two-day off-site visioning, culture change, business readiness and team-building event, bringing CLS executives, managers and subject matter experts together to co-create the CLS vision of success for this initiative.
