  Main activities & responsibilities • Supervise all drilling operations (Vertical and horizontal wells).• Attend Safety Meetings on Rig site to achievement good performance with following safety procedure.• Attends Job Safety Meeting JSA with rig crew before each job to discuss difficulties, safety precautions and contingency plan.• Attend morning call from Rig with Well Site Supervisor.• Observe and check all rig components & tools in daily mode.• Operation plan to call services companies, materials in due time.• Supervise cementing jobs and make cement calculations to be compared with the night company man calculations.• Supervise running casing and prepare casing tally to be compare with the night company man calculations.• Supervise drilling, deviated holes .• Prepare Daily Drilling Reports using WELLVIEW Software.• Prepare Cost and Time vs. Depth Reports.• Drilling coordinator for material between Rig and supply base.• Participate in Office Work like- Make final well report.- Make time, depth, cost graph (Progress Chart).- Make bit records sheet at the end of well.
