  I create and facilitate leadership and skill building programs that help individuals discover and apply their talents and strengths! Inspiring students to make our community a better place, I educate on how to be an inclusive leader who creates engaged and productive teams. I assess the needs of undergraduate student leaders and create/implement programs that meet the needs of those students. I also train students and staff on how to deliver leadership programming initiatives and create recognition programs to celebrate the achievements of our student leaders. I advised the University Program Board as they brought programs and events to campus. I also coordinated several large campus programs and served as an advisor to student planning commnittees who did the same.
