      main purpose was to consolidate and centralize the entire IT Network Infrastructure, Security, SAP R/3 ERP, and Services & Support for 6,000 employees from 6 different countries and 45 different companies into two Data-Canters in Riyadh. Emad managed, directly and indirectly, 60 personnel accountable for the ongoing maintenance, development, and implementation of IT infrastructures for over $3,000 million in sales revenues. He was challenged to improve responsiveness and ROI of efforts, increase the quality of work, and integrate disparate technologies arising from recent company acquisition.Key Achievement *SAP Evaluation and Business Analyse phase (Duration: 15 Months), I managed the Analyses & Design phase for the trading and construction companies plus the electrics component factories for the Financial Accounting (FI), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP). *Built new data centre (Tier 4) with total space 2000 M² (Duration: 15 Months) Cost: 5 million USD. I managed the implementation for a new Data Centre to comply with the Tier 4 Data Centre standards to server 18 factory. Managing the Design/Implementation Phases for Construction, Electromechanical and Telecom infrastructures. Including Power Source, UPS`s, Colling, CCTV, Cabling & Fibber optic and Security systems.       I spearheaded the development and oversight of the Digital Transformation Plan, aimed at bolstering EGMED Group's impressive annual sales growth to 8 billion EGP. This task entailed formulating both immediate and long-range strategies, incorporating agile development processes to synchronize technological advancements with business objectives across 35 distinct service lines and 4 manufacturing facilities located in Egypt's headquarters Kenyan UAE, South Africa and UK. Furthermore, my role encompassed orchestrating collaborations with external partners on projects involving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementations, alongside supervising continuous operational tasks. A critical aspect of my responsibilities also included the strategic allocation and management of the IT budget. This was crucial for ensuring the efficient distribution of resources to back the digital transformation agenda and additional IT endeavors.
