  4 day trip to a NCS site where I was exposed to and involved in a range of activities which included: rock climbing, hiking etc. All activites completed helped me build my teamwork, communication skills and overall confidence and resilience.The skills gained were both applicable and transferable and can be utilised in real life settings.

  KPMG + The Talent Foundry Immersive workshop

  Whilst participating in this immersive workshop, we were informed about the role of cyber security at KPMG and the measures and preventive steps taken to reduce cyber attacks. we were invited to step into the shoes of KPMG consultants to advice a hypothetical company on a cyber attack they experienced. Group presentations were delivered on how we would make Company X vigilant and cautious of cyber attacks generated by phishing email. I got to hear from employees enrolled in the KPMG graduate and apprentice schemes which expanded my knowledge of apprenticeships within KPMG. Show less

  A work experience opportunity which provided me with an insight into the accounting industry and the variety of service lines the profession involves.- Analysis of balance sheets and statements of financial positions.-Proposed a solution to a sustainable challenge, aiming to reduce employee commuting carbon emissions by 44% 2030 at Mazars.
