   Study & understand scope of work, Interpretation of Project specifications Review & Site Inspections as per approved Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) Representing Project QC & attending daily and weekly review meetings and set strategy for achieving milestones. Assure all Technical documents relative to Quality control in current status. Incoming Inspection of raw materials, welding consumables and Preparation of Inspection reports including overage, shortage and damage.  Monitoring electrodes baking and holding cycles and review of welding consumable log book and consumables batch certificates. Verification of test certificates of consumables and raw materials and calibration certificates for Equipments and measuring instruments.  Co-ordination of Piping & Equipment Fabrication, installation activities, Inspection on marking Fit-up and dimensions. Monitoring Production welds before, during and after welding as per approved WPS  Monitoring Welder performance & analysis on repair rates and remedies. Visual Examination of welds Preparation of NDE requests & Co-ordination of NDE activities with subcontractor as per ITP requirements. Interpretation of Radiographs, Identification of common defects and remedial actions, review of NDE reports. Witness NDE activities such as UT, MT & PT in site. Preparation of RFI for client’s & TPI’s Inspection / Hold point & get clearance for further activities. Preparing & Maintaining QC Documentation as per Project Quality requirements.  Preparation of Test Packages & get clearance from client for Pressure test. Co-ordination and witness of Pneumatic & Hydro test activities.
