Maintain a record of any incidents and remedial recommendations and actions and regularly report on information security incidents to the information security group.Act in an advisory capacity, providing input and direction to teams for each Personal Data Information System.Co-ordinate and prepare responses for all requests for information under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000.Be responsible and accountable for completing, submitting and managing notifications to the Information Commissioner.Educate and inform employees of their duties in relation to Information Security, providing training and communication nationwide to seasonal staff, volunteers and contractors.Provide advice, guidance and recommendations to teams on projects and new developments within the National Trust to ensure the information security implications are understood.Conduct regular, periodic audits to assess that information security measures are in place and fit for purpose.
