We strive our best to do the best we can for our customers, to ensure that they are satisfied with the product they purchase but also the customer service they receive.main tasks and responsibilities:discovering software bugs from testing on windows and mac working in an agile environmentworking under pressureworking closely with windows and mac software developershaving the ability to use my own initiative to overcome obstacles working with outsourced external translations companies meeting strict deadlines for internal and external testing helping assist developers in identifying the cause of bugs and issues found within the software whilst testing.Using internal software bug reporting software called JIRA to collate all software bugs, and to input them on JIRA.completing online test reports for the developers which has information on what data types retrieved and recovered without any failed issues.
