Additionally, I assisted more experienced swimmers in improving their skills, assessed students' progress, and adjusted teaching programs accordingly. My role as an Instructor also involved monitoring students to prevent accidents, implementing ground rules for each session, and planning lessons tailored to individual abilities and progressive development. One of my key responsibility was to aid the Diving Instructor in training and supervising divers. While I assisted with various diving courses, it's important to note that I was not permitted to conduct diving courses. Also, I had to ensure smooth and well-coordinated operations at all times.
