      I was the Facilities Coordinator at one of Cancer Research UK's Research Centre's. My role was to provide a corporate Facilities Service to the research centre. I was line manager to four members of staff, two senior Cleaners and two groundsmen. It was my job to ensure that my work force were efficient and that the morale within the team was good. I worked closely with the Project Manager Team in providing all the Facilities requirements for two brand new research labs.
