  I manage a pre-vocational, employment and education programs for individuals with mental illness. I develop relationships with business and community stakeholders, resulting in improved programs and services. I am responsible for achieving program outcomes to meet funding benchmarks. An essential function of my role is to position the agency as a leader of vocational rehabilitation in the Greater New Haven area.Specific accomplishments: Expanded career services by nearly 300% - from serving 45 individuals to serving 175 individuals annually Received Connecticut Commissioner’s Award for Excellence in Supported Employment Services: Achievement of Exemplary Employment Placement Rates for 2015-2016, 2016-2017.
