  Research in Organizational Creativity and Knowledge Management. Organizational creativity refers to the creativity of employees in their work context and it is essential for innovation in organizations (Amabile, 1988). About Knowledge Management, Nonaka and Takeuchi (1997, p. 01) understand it as "the ability of a company to create new knowledge, to disseminate it in the organization as a whole and to incorporate it into products, services and systems. As an intern, I worked in an innovation management project (which used roadmap dynamics), with an expansion to Knowledge Management, together with UFRJ teachers, hired by a large organization of the national electric sector. In parallel, I also participated in the development of an ontological model for Knowledge Management in this organization. Daily use of Corel Draw was required, besides the reading of a extensive bibliography.
