  I oversaw the vehicle maintenance program for HAP. I was in charge of 650 total vehicles. The fleet includes 400 commercial motorcoaches and trucks. I set yearly maintenance budgets, created and oversaw the preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance program and managed all aspects of vehicle and facility compliance. I am in charge of licensing and registrations for all vehicles and the radio program with 1500 radios and repeaters. I oversaw the work of 45 mechanics in 7 workshops located all over Alaska.I also create and manage all capital projects for fleet, including purchasing vehicles, shop equipment and facility projects.   I currently support MCI customers in the Pacific NW and San Francisco Bay Area. I primarily provide technical support to mechanics and maintenance managers. I also provide information and advice on maintaining customer's MCI equipment. This includes taking care of warranty claims and providing assistance on customers preventive maintenance programs .I also spend time training and educating drivers and mechanics on operation and maintenance of their new and pre-owned motorcoaches.
