  Event Services Team Leader (Games Maker - Volunteer)

  Responsible for leading a team volunteers to support the delivery of the London 2012 Olympics Games. Personally responsible for day to day leadership of a very diverse team, including briefings, team building, motivating, planning, problem solving and delivery of the day plan. As a Games Maker, I was part of a larger public facing team with the main goal of ensuring the Games were a success and all spectators had an enjoyable and memorable day.
