EIC Education is backed by Sitong Jituan (http://www.sitong.net/)For more information on the company, please visit: http://www.eic.org.cnhttp://www.npathway.comhttp://eiceducation.com/My current role in the company includes: - Working out the recruiting plan- Understanding recruitment needs based on department needs, offer support in resources planning- Maintaining updates on recruiting channels including job websites, expatriate agencies, head hunting channels etc.- Developing new channels for recruiting and company needs- Calculating the annual/quarterly/monthly recruiting cost.- Controlling costs for each recruiting channel while meeting company targets- Performing candidate's CV screening and delivering round 1 interviews- Executing pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid level position with assessment- Following up with the recruitment process and coordinating next interview arrangements with hiring manager- Generating weekly reports on recruitment status- Participating in recruitment related events as key coordinatorTo understand our open job positions, please visit the following links.
