      My primary responsibility as an Automation and Incident Analysis professional is to streamline and optimize the operations of Fiserv. This is accomplished through the development and implementation of automated solutions that reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and shorten incident response times.In addition, I also review daily incident reports for patterns and trends that can help us improve our incident management process.
