  - Over the summer 2023, I assisted the Master's student of Dr. O'Neill's in outreach programming. We focused on board games that facilitates communication amongst players (specifically language development beyond simple board game rules/play). I worked in a weekly public program, assisting youth (10-12 years old) in building board games and fostering communication.- Currently working as a lead on multiple outreach initiatives under the supervision of Dr. O’Neill, overseeing the creation of board game collections for community locations. Conducted thorough research on suitable locations and games, while effectively communicating with location affiliates. Some of our community locations include Reception House, Camino, and the Kitchener Public Library.- Managed an inventory of over 140 games, using Excel to track changes and notify when an order for replenishments was needed to maintain stock levels and monitor targeted outreach quotas efforts to ensure the fulfillment of their needs.
