  I was into Client-relationship Management and Vendor Management. I had to collaborate with Network Manager and Product Manager to address vendor issues of client’s requirements and winding it up within desired timelines; introduced strategies to build up effectiveness in team members; recruited teams & identified their areas of training to enhance their operational efficiency; managed a team of 20-30 people across PAN India. I had the opportunity to do complete scrutiny of Aircraft purchase, Netting payments, high value (more than l million USD) and authorise the payments as well, which is self managed on the system and had to review transactions involving Import of Gold and rough Diamonds. Show less As the Team lead, I oversaw operations involving processing of foreign currency remittances for both consumer and corporate clients; surveyed the Foreign Currency Remittances with an aim to get the payments done in time as per the customer requirements with a goal-seeking attitude. I met the deadlines beyond customer expectations, through effective co-ordination with the Relationship Managers dealing with beneficiary clients of the bank.
