      As an Account Manager / BDE for Iron Mountain I was able to leverage my knowledge of operations and the inside knowledge of how my customers programs worked. Being able to align customer objectives to the appropriate resources is very exciting and rewarding when you are part of a company that truly can do it all. My focus was to provide program guidance and direction to my customers and make sure that our partnerships met the objectives of their business. I provided training on the various tools and systems that Iron Mountain has for our customers to manage their programs more effectively. This position allowed me to work very closely with a variety of customers in many different segments of business. I was able to gain industry insights that have proven to be helpful to myself but also for the customers that I work with daily. These principles apply to business both large and small, so it’s relative in almost any situation. Some of the most rewarding work is to be able to assist a customer in building out their program from start to finish and being able to help them navigate the entire process.
