The network gathers 17 municipalities, with a strong focus on capacity building, peer learning and performative arts production, with a participatory approach to creative processes.Presently I'm focusing on Coopanimart project management, international project aiming to built open sourced training options for arts professionals, and promoting peer learning strategies among the partner organizations from 5 countries: Portugal, France, Hungary, Greece and Cyprus.Also dwelling into a new Communications strategy for the network (2024-2027), encompassing the local context focus.
