  Coordinated the launch and built work processes in the first writing Master's degree in Russia ("Creative Writing", HSE University). Under the guidance of the academic head of the programme Maya Kucerskaya, PhD:— organized internal and external PR-campaign of the programme before its launch and after (developed a promotion strategy, wrote press releases, newsletters, news, reports, conducted interviews, filled the website with information and conducted social networks);— engaged in document management, worked with legal and financial services;— organized a competitive selection procedure;— supervised the project work of students: together we created the first portal about writing "Mnogobukv. All about creative writing", of which I became the editor-in-chief;— organized a public lecture hall of the programьу and produced its work.Results:— the first Master's program in writing in Russia was opened;— I figured out how to work with the invited teachers of the program — writers who have not worked at the university before;— I came up with a way for applicants to pass a creative competition, set up everything and conducted;— we launched the first portal in Russia about writing skills, built the work of the student editorial office;— the public lecture hall was opened, each meeting of which was attended by more than 100 people.   Executive Coordinator of the HSE University Russian Postdoctoral Fellowship ProgrammeWhat I did:— conducted the selection of program participants: accepted and processed competitive applications, constantly communicated with legal, financial, human resources services;— I set tasks for the development team: to submit applications at different stages of the competition, we created four electronic forms, I monitored the deadlines, quality of execution and convenient integration of these forms on the project website and into internal digital systems, worked in Confluence;— led the workflow, worked in 1C, maintained databases in Excel;— prepared presentations of reporting analytics on the competition (qualitative and quantitative, counted and drew conclusions);— developed strategies for the media promotion of the program, wrote texts in various genres (news notes, reports, press releases, cards for social networks, as well as UX texts for the forms of submission of competitive applications);— wrote texts and made up the program's websites (https://postdocru.hse.ru /; https://postdocru.hse.ru/ruspostdoc ) and divisions (https://www.hse.ru/scholarly-integration /) in Russian and English;— wrote scientific press releases based on the research of the program participants;— I researched the experience of similar programs abroad and figured out how to apply it here (spoiler: we successfully applied it);— I wrote the script, produced, directed the shooting of videos, produced photo shoots and shot myself.Results:together with an excellent team— two competitive sets were successfully conducted, both qualitative and quantitative metrics were steadily growing;— we have improved the systems for submitting competitive applications;— developed a comprehensive plan for internal and external promotion of the program, which increased the number and improved the quality of applications;— launched Russia's first professional development program for researchers.
