ULI Washington position:• Managed urban revitalization conference, including $200K budget, program session development, and outreach to developers. Under my leadership, inaugural conference attracted over 900 attendees and $60K in revenue.• Managed UrbanPlan education program developed at UC Berkeley to educate students about civic engagement in the redevelopment process.       Oversaw the vision and implementation of all aspects of the program including outreach to local governments, providing technical solutions to project teams to help them implement LEED-ND, and promoting the certification program to real estate developers. Sophie also led the launch of the LEED-ND program as it transitioned from a pilot program to a revised and updated rating system and certification program.
