      My position of Quality Manager/ Lead Auditor was extremely varied and consisted of 3 distinct areas:1. As Quality Manager, I was responsible for the entire UK Business Management System (consisting of certification to ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 27001 Security standards). Leading, training and developing a large team of internal auditors and process owners, this involved performing various different types of internal audits and identifying areas of continual with a view to implementing relevant enhancements to improve processes and procedures, which ultimately resulted in improved client satisfaction, as well as enhancing our organisational effectiveness and efficiency.2. I was also responsible for working closely with our Sales function and once potential opportunities had been identified, I then developed materials and content and responded to numerous tenders, RFIs, RFPs, ITTs and PQQs etc.3.
