I operated as Product Owner for a suite of digital products and back-end processes. On a day-to-day basis, I would do a combination of the following tasks: - Lead daily Scrum standups for four Agile teams which consisted of both on-shore and off-shore resources - Effectively distill business requests into clear and concise user stories actionable by development teams - Prioritize backlogs for several teams to ensure that strategic milestones were met on time - Assist in the preparation of customer proposals as an SME on digital product offerings I also worked within a cross-functional team to design creative solutions for the unique needs presented by the Medicaid population, which was a new business opportunity for the organization.A unique part of my role was that I managed a full-stack, issue resolution team that was responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and solution of over 1,000 reported defects in the production environment. I performed a data-driven analysis of 2016 issue resolution efforts and presented high ROI enhancements for management to consider in the 2017 operating plan. Frequent and effective communication with department heads regarding the status of critical defects was a must. Show less During my time as a Technical Operations Manager, I served as the technical lead for nine commercial customers - including a Fortune 100 company. I was responsible for authoring complex technical requirements utilizing Structured Query Language (SQL) for outbound incentive files valued at over 5 million dollars, as well as guiding customers through the technical components of implementation leading up to digital portal go-live. I also managed all of the data feeds for designated clientele, which averaged to be about five per customer. Data feed management included establishing sFTP transfers and administering PGP encryption. On a daily basis, I consulted with stakeholders (both internal and external) on the current technical capabilities of our suite of products to ensure full optimization. This required a deep level of understanding of all of the products offered by Nutur-LiveHealthier at the time. The experience I gained in this position culminated in a process I created, which was adopted by the organization. Known as the ‘Outbound Incentive File Development Process’, it aimed to reduce financial risk for the organization by ensuring outbound incentive files went through thorough quality control reviews from stakeholders and candidates for process automation were identified.
