  I hold responsibility for overseeing Research and Development (R&D) efforts related to novel electronic devices such as Sterilizers and Breast Pumps, as well as non-electronic items in the domains of Oral Care and Weaning product. I am actively engaged in the R&D of products like Nursing Bottles and Pacifiers.My involvement spans across the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to mass production. This entails strategic product planning, meticulous budget formulation, intricate product design, and ultimately orchestrating the process to achieve large-scale manufacturing.Furthermore, I play an integral role in New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, where I contribute to the strategic planning of product introductions and am involved in project budgeting, ensuring that the entire process is meticulously planned and executed.
