  Manage all aspects of e-commerce and grow business through online and offline markets. I lead the 3 location company from having no internet presence to as a group getting over 1000 leads a month between the different product lines and stores. Using company data to find ways to increase efficiency, reduce waste and grow our product markets I was able to increase our net profitability by over 2% on over $10 million dollars a year in sales. Through creatively developing new ways to market existing products by analyzing market trends and aligning those with customer needs I was able to grow the businesses customer retention to the highest levels in the nation, leading to numerous awards for customer service, sales and profitability. Managing our marketing and web development vendors I increased our online presence to over 200,000 pages of relevant content, 300 microsites and #1 in search engine results for our brand in Washington State. Implementing a new ERP and CRM system, providing training and support for those systems and performing solo all IT work needed for 3 locations allowed me to make sure that all of the owner's goals were being met on a daily basis.
