  Health & Safety Coordinator1. To conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and safety audits as required.2. Ensure the project HSE safety requirements are implemented effectively.4. Implement all relevant HSE policies, procedures and safe work instructions / practices as defined in the Company’s Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) Manual.5. Carry out, monitor and report HSE surveillance of all plants / work activities to ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.6. Provide / arrange or ensure safety briefing / induction for all work parties involved.7. Participate and attend safety committee and other safety meetings.8. Carry out HSE inspections / audits to ensure safe methods of work are implemented and all regulatory requirements are complied with.9. Investigate all incidents and dangerous occurrences and determine the root cause(s) and recommend preventive and mitigating measures.10. Ensure records or checklists are completed and filed for all inspections, audits or exercises and to maintain HSE documentations.k.11. Prepare safety report and present it to SHO / Manager as necessary.12.
