      Construction Manager: Responsible for all levels of construction projects including estimating, bidding, planning, scheduling, and marketing. At project inception, monitor work to ensure performance is per plan and specification, and ensure quality of materials. Responsible for daily and monthly reporting; hold meetings with contractors and subcontractors; and close out contracts upon expiration or completion. HUD Qualified Inspector/Builder: For new construction and reconstruction of single-family, multi-family and commercial buildings to include electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, and architectural inspection to ensure compliance with all plans and specification; approved payment to contractors and owners. Design Manager: Conduct feasibility study at site and meetings with occupants to determine need, size, location and criteria. Supervision of CAD designers and design crew for mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, communications, and architectural designs. Review and approval of drawings to ensure that drawings meet applicable codes and standards. Obtain red line changes from owners, make adjustments to designs as needed, and turn over final product including plans, drawings, and program documents. Materials Manager: Responsible for maintaining nuclear gauge license as R.S.O. Perform site investigations for pre-bid; estimation, planning and bidding; purchase lab equipment and schedule calibration for equipment, troubleshoot problems with materials, create mix designs for projects, trouble-shoot crushing setups, hot plants and mix designs and correcting problems, setting and maintaining rolling patterns to ensure proper density requirements, supervise pipe crews, backfill crews, grading crews, footing crews, traffic control crews, milling crews, curb and gutter crews, paving crews and lab crews, and all reporting in order to obtain payment, reconciliation of quantities with owners.
